Yes, of course. Whilst all of our pieces are unisex, certain pieces may be altered to suit as required. We are able to make certain pieces either thicker or thinner to suit and are more than happy to work with you to create a certain vision you may have.
For our ready-to-ship pieces, we endeavour to send these out between 3-8 days of the order being placed. Our turnaround time for bespoke pieces is approximately 4-6 weeks as we re-enter stage three restrictions. We will always keep you updated on the status of the turnaround time if there are any changes.
As the state of our climate is undergoing constant change, I am taking all precautions possible to ensure that we operate as safely as possible. These precautions are being reviewed often, as your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore, there will be no more face-to-face appointments until further notice, however I am very happy to undertake these appointments online through email. My online store is always open for you. I am happy to resize your ring for you. Ring sizing costs $30 (within two sizes) - if you return your piece to me, I am able to resize it for you and post it back to you when I am finished. As this does take time and labour, postage must be paid for by the customer.
If a piece I have created needs repairing, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be more than happy to help. I do not, however, offer jewellery repair services for the work of other jewellers.
