Yes, of course. Whilst all of our pieces are unisex, certain pieces may be altered to suit as required. We are able to make certain pieces either thicker or thinner to suit and are more than happy to work with you to create a certain vision you may have.
All pieces in our 'Ready To Ship' collection are in stock and will be shipped out within two working days of your order being received. All other pieces online are made to order and will be shipped out in about four weeks from the date the order is placed. You can pick up your order from the studio to save time on shipping by using the code 'STUDIOPICKUP' at the checkout. You can email us anytime at email@example.com for an update on your order.
Yes! We have a studio in Richmond, Victoria that is open by appointment only. To make an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a range of different pieces available in the studio for your to try on. The studio is available for appointments from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You can pick up your order from the studio to save time on shipping by using the code 'STUDIOPICKUP' at the checkout.
There are some rings on our website that cannot be re-sized, this is noted in the description if cannot be re-sized. For rings that can be re-sized, you can either post it back to the studio (postage costs are the responsibility of the customer) or make a time to drop it to the studio in person. There is a $30 fee for re-sizing (per two sizes). Re-sizing takes around two weeks.
